Kangaroo Island is one of the world's great nature-based destinations. Think of an island with native bushland, wildlife, adventure & exploring; where pristine beaches, amazing rock formations & stunning sunsets are right on your doorstep. Over a third of the island is protected in nature reserves, home to native wildlife like sea lions, koalas and diverse bird species. In the west, Flinders Chase National Park is known for penguin colonies and striking coastal rock formations, like the sculpted Remarkable Rocks and the stalactite-covered Admirals Arch.
It’s hard to find the words to really describe the beauty of Kangaroo Island. In fact, even photos don’t do this wildly gorgeous destination justice. You simply need to see it for yourself!
Our supported holiday package includes tours to the most incredible places on the island such as Seal Bay, Admirals Arch, Remarkable Rocks and Kelly Hill Caves, just to name a few!
Come along and join us on this spectacular Aussie island adventure!

Our staff will be ready to welcome you at the departure point, farewell your families and friends and start the adventure. We will check into our flight and take to the skies. Adelaide, here we come! On arrival in Adelaide, we will collect our hire car and make our way to Cape Jervis where we will board the SeaLink Ferry, car included, bound for Kangaroo Island! Once on the island, we will take the afternoon to settle in, unpack our things and check out our surroundings.
Get ready for the first day of island adventures! After breakfast and a relaxed morning, we will set off to explore! We will hit the road to discover Koala Avenue and Kelly Hill Caves. Just outside Flinders Chase National Park, Koala Avenue is lined with tall gum trees and you can spot Koalas in their natural habitat. Along the South Coast road we will find Kelly Hill Caves, where beneath the vast expanse of native bushland lies a maze of surprising caves. Join one of the regular guided tours to discover the caves’ impressive stalagmites, stalactites, helictites and straws. The caves are absolutely amazing!
Today’s first stop will be the stunning Vivonne Bay. Vivonne Bay was once voted as one of the best beaches in Australia. Its long, sandy shores and turquoise water make it a great place for relaxing.
Next, we will drive further along to Seal Bay Conservation Park. Go on a self-guided tour by walking along the 800 metre boardwalk. Stop at viewing platforms and watch the sea lions below.
When we have finished at Seal Bay, we will head back towards Kingscote, which is about an hour’s drive away. Continue north east along South Coast Road and stop at the Little Sahara Desert which is nearby. Explore the vivid white sand dunes, or try a spot of sandboarding if you wish!
Some of the island’s top attractions are on the agenda today. Your jaw will drop at the size of these impressive natural structures. Visiting Flinders Chase National Park, see The Remarkable Rocks o for a reason - They really are remarkable! These wind-sculpted rock formations that sit atop a smooth granite dome look like something out of a sci-fi movie. Also on the must see list while at the park is Admirals Arch. Admirals Arch is a natural rock arch created by amazing forces of nature. You can take an easy walk on a boardwalk around the cliff face. Also a favourite spot for the New Zealand Fur Seals to rest on the rocks with their babies. Later on, being our final evening together, and with the huge amount of world class restaurants on the island we will all enjoy a special dinner together.
Today we pack up our things, check out of our accommodation and farewell Kangaroo Island. We will make our way back to the dock to board the SeaLink ferry back to Cape Jervis. Then it’s onto Adelaide where we will set off on our flight back to our families and friends.
All participants can treasure their holiday memories forever with the purchase of a hard cover keepsake photo book. Order here!

Trusted Travel spent an amazing few days with the stars in Sydney. We toured the set of Home and Away, met real celebrities as well as some not so real ones at Madame Tussauds wax museum.
