Day 1

Our staff will be ready to welcome you at the departure point, farewell your families and friends and start the adventure. Our foodie tour starts in central Sydney with some traditional phở or a bánh mì, or some other delicious traditional Vietnamese street food from one of the local shops. After lunch we will head to our hotel to check in, settle into our rooms and get ready for dinner. Tonight, we will be immersed in Middle Eastern culture as we enjoy a banquet of pides, dips and traditional Turkish and Lebanese dishes. After dinner, the belly dancing begins! We will need to get dancing to work off the delicious dinner.

Day 2

We will have a late start this morning after our fun night of food and dancing. We will head to Chinatown for yum cha. With an array of dishes to choose from there is something for everyone at yum cha and a new and fun eating experience to be enjoyed. After we have had our fill, we can have a walk through Paddy’s Markets and enjoy the sights and smells and fun things to see. If you haven’t been before, it is certainly an experience you won’t forget!

Tonight, we will be walking to Darling Quarter and the next amazing restaurant for us to sample and enjoy. Welcome to Braza Churrascaria! Braza Churrascaria is an authentic Brazilian Barbeque house that serves world-renowned Australia meats. Braza Churrascaria is an “all you can eat” restaurant, with typical Brazilian service style known as “Rodizio” where Passadores (meat carvers) rotate from table to table serving more than 20 different types of skewers. “Braza means the sizzling charcoals of the fire and Churrascaria is the restaurant specialized in barbeque or Brazilian style steakhouse restaurant.” It will be as if we are in Brazil enjoying a beautiful night of food, laughter and friendship.

Day 3

Sunday morning will find us having a stroll through Darling Harbour to enjoy the Chinese Garden of Friendship before we head to Ashfield for our little taste of Asia. Ashfield is a suburb in the Inner West, renowned for its Asian eateries and we will join the ranks of "street-eaters" and pick and choose our favourite delicacies along the way.

Tonight is all about the Vikings! We will put on some fancy clothes and get ready to be immersed in medieval times. The restaurant has been created in Thor’s image – complete with axes, armour and horns! We will be enjoying the Viking Feast which includes whole trout, whiskey glazed short ribs, corn fed rotisserie chicken, sides of roast potatoes, broccoli & carrots and desserts to die for – this menu is outstanding! It is a fun night out with amazing food – one of the best rated places to eat in Sydney!

Day 4

What a weekend of food delights we have had! To top it off today for lunch we are heading to the famous and beautiful Sydney Opera House. One of Sydney’s most quintessential experiences, lunch at the Opera House is not to be missed. With spectacular views and world class food, this is a wonderful way to end our culinary feast extravaganza. With big smiles and full bellies, we will make our way home to families and friends.
