Puffing Billy & Historical Melbourne

11 November - 15 November 2019

Come along with us and discover the famous historical attractions Melbourne has to offer.

Staying right in the heart of the city, we will visit the old Melbourne Gaol. Here we will become inmates on a mission to hatch the perfect escape plan. Solve the riddles, find the clues, and keep our eyes out for the guards!

A highlight of the holiday for any train lovers out there will be the Puffing Billy Steam Train. The journey aboard Puffing Billy takes you through the magnificent Dandenong Ranges. Puffing Billy was built to serve at the turn of the century and is a genuine relic of our more leisurely days. The Railway is the major survivor of four experimental lines used to develop rural areas in the early 1900s.

For the rock n roll fans, we’ll have a photo opportunity to show off to your friends at AC/DC lane! Melbourne’s old timed lanes are home to many colourful street art displays.

We will do a spot of shopping at the famous Queen Victoria Markets and one afternoon, enjoy a Yarra River cruise down to Docklands.

If Melbourne is on your holiday hit list, you’re sure to enjoy this experience.
