Meeting at Sydney International Airport, we will introduce everyone in the group, ready to begin our journey. Once we have dropped off our luggage and checked into our flight, it’ll be time to jet set to Bali! On arrival in Denpasar, we’ll collect our luggage and make our way to meet our friendly driver who will take us to our resort. We will check into our rooms, look around at the resort and enjoy a relaxing afternoon after our busy travelling day.
After enjoying a delicious buffet breakfast at our resort, we will be picked up by our friendly guide for our private tour of the Royal Mengwi Temple, Ubud’s famous Money Temple and an excursion to Tanah Lot. We will have lunch at a beautiful airy restaurant in Ubud and in the late afternoon be dropped back to our resort for some free time before dinner. In Bali holiday style, we’ll head to the beach, grab a bean bag and enjoy the stunning sunset before venturing out for dinner at one of the many restaurants in our area.
After another wonderful breakfast feast, our lovely guides will pick us up from our resort and take us out for a day of splashing about and cooling off fun at Waterbom Bali! Whether you want to take on the big slides, have a dip in the pools or float your way around the easy rider, there’s something for every type of thrill seeker to be found. We will have lunch at the park and then later meet up with our guide to make our way back to our resort. In the evening we will enjoy our new tradition of a beautiful beach sunset before dinner. After dinner we can enjoy some entertainment back at our resort.
Today we embark on an adventure to the beautiful Kintamani Lake region, again with the assistance of our fantastic guides. Kintamani is one of the most scenic and interesting areas of Bali. This tour will take you on a journey to explore the artistic, cultural and historical highlights of central Bali. The sights you will see will blow you away! We will have lunch on our journey and then in the afternoon make our way back to our resort for some relaxing time before dinner. After dinner we can enjoy some more entertainment on base before resting up for another big day of exploring tomorrow!
Today our wonderful guides will be taking us to Tanjung Benoa which is famous for its water activities. This is where we will board a glass bottom boat and head off shore to watch the fish feed right below us! Our boat will then take us to Turtle Island where will be given a brief introduction on how to look after turtles ourselves, from the newly hatched turtles fresh from their eggs turtles hundreds of years old. We will be able to get up close with the turtle as we learn all about them from the island volunteers. On the Turtle Island, you also can see other animals such as monkeys, snakes, hawks, parrot, and bats. We will have lunch at a restaurant in the area and then, in the late afternoon make our way to Jimbaran Bay. Jimbaran Bay is famous for its scrumptious seafood and we will enjoy a delicious banquet on the shore of the bay.
After a few days of touring around, today we get to relax and enjoy the area and all the facilities of our resort. Take a nap under the shade of a palm tree, have a dip (or several) in one of the many pools, enjoy a massage on the beach or do a spot of bargain shopping. Today is our day to recharge and relax.
As our holiday winds to an end, today we will do our last bit of shopping, say goodbye to our new Bali friends and soak up the relaxing Bali vibes. Being our final night, we will have a special experience and enjoy a sunset dinner cruise on-board the Bali Hai. After dancing the night away on the Bali Hai we will retire back to our resort.
All good things must come to an end. Today we pack our bags and farewell Bali. Our late flight will see us snoozing our way back to the Oz. Once back in Sydney we’ll bid farewell to our new travel companions and head home with our families and friends.
