Down on the Farm

02 April - 05 April 2019 | SOLD OUT

Mowbray Park Farm is like a journey back in time. It has a rich history dating back to the early days of European settlement in Australia, since 1822! All around the property you get this sense of time and history, the modern mixing with the old. The farmstay experience came into existence in the early 1980’s and over the following 30+ years has evolved into one of the best farm experiences in Australia.

A visit to Mowbray Park will enlighten, educate and entertain people of all ages as we experience real farm life. Farm activities are central to the Mowbray Park Farmstay experience, you will love the animal nursery! You will help us feed animals of all sizes: donkeys, alpacas, ducks and sheep; you might help bottle feed a calf; you will certainly help us milk our cow. For those keen to have a go, there is the horse trail ride too.

When we’re not participating in one of our farm organised activities then it is a perfect opportunity to enjoy some of the other activities such as canoeing, archery, tennis & swimming!

Throw in some tractor rides, boomerang throwing, whip cracking, billy tea & damper & a sit around a camp fire to toast some marshmallows. Mowbray farm has it all.

This package includes 1:4 staffing support, 4 days/3 nights lodge/cabin accommodation at Mowbray Farm, all main meals, all activities as per itinerary, return transport from Wollongong. Each participant will also receive the option for a hard cover photo book, full of their fun holiday memories.
