Blue Mountains Music Festival

13 March - 16 March 2020

Jump on board for a weekend of blues in the Blue Mountains with music from award winning artists like Kasey Chambers and John Butler!

We’ll meet in Wollongong and make our way to the Blue Mountains checking out the scenery on the way and having lunch together. As we have a weekend pass we will grab our programs and head off to see the Friday Night shows on offer. Get your party shoes on! 

Saturday and Sunday we hit the festival for a couple of days of blues, rock, poetry and storytelling plus a good dose of fun and dancing. There is full program of acts – definitely something for everyone.

The package includes return transport from Wollongong, staffing support, 4 days/3 nights twin share accommodation, all main meals, all activities, transport whilst on the trip, all staffing expenses. Each participant will also receive the option for a hard cover photo book, full of their fun holiday memories.

Day 1

We will be meeting at Wollongong and jumping into our bus to head up the mountains. We will be stopping to have lunch in the scenic lower mountains and start the fun together. Upon arrival at our hotel, we can check in and get settled before heading to eh Festival to start our immersion into the world of blues.

Day 2

After breakfast together at the hotel, we will head straight to the festival for a full day of blues, poetry, storytelling and more music.  

We will have a break from the festivities to regroup and refuel with dinner together. We will head back to the festival as the Saturday night acts are not to be missed and the highlight of the festival.

Day 3 

We will meet for a leisurely breakfast together and then it’s another full day of music festival activities. The last day of the festival today its sure to be a cracker of a day - with artists like Kasey Chambers and John Butler, we are guaranteed a great time.

We will head back to the hotel to share a meal together. After dinner we can take some time to relax and start to pack our bags ready to head home tomorrow.

Day 4 

Today we are taking a leisurely breakfast together so we can chill out and catch up with each other and share all the funny stories, great music and friendships we have made. We will finish packing and check-out before we jump in the bus and take the scenic route as we head home to our family and friends in Wollongong.
