August is a great time of year to travel to the North Coast, not just for the warmer weather but it’s also whale watching season! Encounter the astonishing humpback whales in their natural habitat as they migrate past the iconic coastline between Byron Bay and Ballina and play in the stunning waters of Cape Byron Marine Park. Their horses are very friendly, gentle and are experienced with the area. The zephyr horses team is dedicated to delivering soul charging moments that last a lifetime. The afternoon trail ride through the bush and across the beach is truly an incredible experience.
We will head up to Cape Byron lighthouse and to check out the Maritime Museum in the former lighthouse keeper’s office. Sunny Queensland. Beautiful one day, perfect the next. Once again the weather turned it on for Trusted Travel for our recent trip to the Gold Coast theme parks. Sparkling blue skies during the day and warm, humid nights served as a constant reminder that we were holidaying in Australia's Sunshine State.
